Springloops Terms of Service

Account terms

1. You must be 13 year's old or more to use the Service.
2. You must provide your correct data: full name, a valid email address, and any other required information for the sing-up process.
3. You are responsible for keeping privacy and safety of your account. Springloops can not be and would not be responsible for the damages or losses ensuing as the result of your failure to protect your login information, including your password.
4. One person cannot keep more than one free account.
5. You must be human. The accounts registered by automatic machines are forbidden.
6. Your login can be used only by one person. The co-login, between many persons is forbidden.
7. If you use free account you cannot block advertising.
8. You cannot use Service for the purpose forbidden by law. By using the Service you cannot break any law and jurisdiction. Especially emphasizing copyright law, without limiting to it.

Payment and access

1. PayPal account is needed while registering to paid accounts.
2. If you register for the paid account and within 30 days from the registration date you will not cancel Service, You will be charged every month starting from the 30th day of the first registration. If on the 30th day of the first registration you give up Service you will not be charged and the invoice would be canceled.
3. You would be charged monthly with the costs according to the type of account chosen by you. The Service is paid monthly in advance and is non-refundable. There would be no returns for the partial usage of the service or for the period when your account was canceled.
4. With upgrade or downgrade of Your account, You will automatically be charged according to the new rates with the next accounting period.
5. Downgrade of the account can cause the lost of part of your data or functionality. Springloops is not responsible for such losses.
6. There are all payments excluding taxes. You are responsible for the regulation of all payments, payments due and obligations for the appropriate Tax Authorities.

Cancellation and Termination

1. You yourself are responsible for the correct cancellation of your account. You can cancel your account any time clicking on Cancel link in Account Tab in navigation menu of the Service. The is the only way of cancellation of the Service.
2. Your account and all its content would immediately be removed after cancellation of the account.
3. You can cancel account any time, however you will be responsible for all payments arising from using the service the end of full accounting month. In the next accounting month You will not be charged.
4. Springloops reserves the rights to cancellation of the account, suspension, change or removing without notice or without refund.

Modifications to the Service and Fees

1. Springloops any time or from time to time reserves rights to temporary suspension of the service or its modification.
2. The payment for the Service are changed after 30 days notification. Such notification is going to take place on the Service site.
3. Springloops is not responsible for the effects of all modifications and payment changes or cease continuation of Service provision.

Copyright and Content Ownership

1. It does not claim any rights to intellectual property upload by you to the Service, it is wholly Yours.
2. Springloops reserves the rights to refuse or delete the Content which is accessible by the Service.
3. Springloops does not let to access the Content of your repository and files included in it to to the third Party. Springloops stories and processes them to make the Service functional, however all these processes are automated.
4. Springloops reserves the right to any and all protected components of its Service - including but not content with: the name of service, design, artwork, individual features. You cannot copy, modify, adapt, distribute, reverse engineer and decompile any part of the Service which is in the possession of Springloops or persons who created them.

General regulations

1. You use the delivered Service "as is" and "as available" totally at his own risk. There are no guarantees.
2. You are aware of that, your data and their processing can be transferred in not cryptic transmission, by any web as well as by different net devices.
3. If your bandwidth exceeds 3 times the space disk of your account or considerably exceeds the average usage of bandwidth, Springloops reserves the right to limit parameters of Your account and block it turning it on when the bandwidth returns to its proper level.
4. Springloops does not guarantee that the Service will meet your individual requirements , the Service will act continuously, there will be no errors, be safe or timely, the results of the service will be precise and reliable and that all errors will be repaired. The same concerns all products, services and materials bought or acquired by the Service.
5. Technical support is accessible only for the paid accounts via email.
6. Part of Springloops functionality may not work with your hardware/software or other 3rd party services (ex: hosting providers).
7. You understand and accept that Springloops is not liable for any direct, indirect, casual, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages of loss of profits, goodwill, data, use or other intangible losses – even when Springloops has been warned about the possibility of such damages.
8. Terms of Service constitute the conditions of the contract between Springloops and You and define the rules of using the Service.
9. If any provision of Terms of Service is held invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be impaired thereby.
